Cool Beards

What does it mean to see this in a dream?
I'm a girl in a high school for real, and in my dream I had a VERY cool beard, and I went about my gym class showing off my cool beard to all my 16 year old classmates- who could not yet grow one... they were men. I loved that beard! Also, I remember my cat being really skinny and hairless... I could see her rib cage through her skin, and at one point... there wasn't any skin to cover it so I saw the bare bone. What could this mean? :S
